Introductory comment

As we make soba by hand every morning, the shop may close earlier if all soba is sold out. Udon is also handmade. Our popular menu throughout the year is tenzaru (cold soba/udon served with dipping sauce and tempura). Seasonal recommendations are nabeyaki (soba/udon served in a pot with broth), kamonabe (hot pot of duck meat), etc.
